Everything you need to know about FGR.

100% commission. $250 flat fee. No monthly costs. Here are the details.

Commission & Fees

FGR is a true 100% commission brokerage. Agents keep their entire earned commission on every transaction. We charge a flat $250 per residential closing — no percentage-based splits, no franchise fees, no royalties.

There is a $250 annual membership fee and a $250 flat fee per residential closing. That is the complete fee structure. There are no monthly desk fees, no technology fees, and no hidden charges.

Yes. Unlike brokerages such as eXp Realty ($85/month), Dalton Wade ($79/month), or HomeSmart ($39/month), FGR charges zero monthly fees. You only pay when you close a deal.

eXp Realty uses an 80/20 commission split with a $16,000 annual cap and $85/month fee. An agent closing 10 deals at $90K GCI would pay approximately $16,000+ at eXp vs. just $2,500 at FGR. FGR agents save significantly — especially agents who close fewer than 20 deals per year.

A cap (used by eXp, Real Broker, Fathom, HomeSmart) means you pay commission splits until reaching a threshold ($9,000–$16,000/year), then keep 100%. At FGR, there is no cap because there is no split — you pay a flat $250 per deal from your very first closing.

FGR issues a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) for every transaction. Payments are processed via Stripe and agents are paid directly at the closing table. No waiting for brokerage checks.

Insurance & Compliance

Yes. Every FGR agent is covered by $2 million in Errors & Omissions insurance at no additional cost. Many brokerages charge $35–$100 per transaction or $300–$700 annually for E&O coverage.

Yes. FGR is a fully licensed Florida real estate brokerage, registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Our agents' licenses remain fully compliant from day one.

Onboarding & Switching

The digital application takes about 15 minutes. Most agents are approved within 24 hours. The entire process — application, license transfer, E&O enrollment, and compliance checklist — is completed online.

After approval, we coordinate your license transfer with the Florida DBPR. You submit a change of broker request, and we handle the rest. There is no transfer fee charged by FGR.

Pending transactions can typically be completed at your current brokerage or transferred to FGR depending on your current broker's policy. We recommend discussing the transition timeline with your current broker before switching.
